The customer carries out the user’s maintenance requirement and services their own boiler. Technical support is available during the warranty period.

Standard

  • We service annually
  • Extended parts warranty available

The customer carries out the user’s maintenance requirement and has it serviced annually by a Twinheat approved service engineer, with the added peace of mind of a extended parts warranty. The cost of this service will be depending on the boiler and warranty period.

Comprehensive

  • We service bi-annually
  • Life time parts & labour warranty

The customer carries out the user’s maintenance requirement and has it serviced annually and a by-annual inspection as part of a full service & maintenance contract, this not only includes the extended parts warranty but also includes labour. The cost of this will be bespoke to each installation.

  • Controller & circuit panels
  • Electrical components
  • Motors & gearboxes
  • Combustion fan
  • Exhaust fan
  • Pumps & pipes
  • Augers
  • Bearings & chains
  • Hinges & handles
  • Boiler exchanger (five years only)

What’s not included in the extended warranty:

  • Furnace rings
  • Rotary cell rubbers
  • Flue

These items will naturally wear. The wear rate depends on the fuel.
